What does ManaApt cost?

Do residents need to install an app?
No. ManaApt works in any phone or computer browser at app.manaapt.in. An Android app is also coming to Google Play.
Who can see our building's data?
Only members of your own building. Each resident gets their own login, created by your building admin, and other buildings cannot see your data. Read our privacy policy.
Can we share the monthly accounts with all residents?
Yes. ManaApt builds a monthly PDF report with flat-wise collections, expenses and the closing corpus, ready to share on WhatsApp or print.
Does it work for small buildings?
